This Refund Policy applies to all paid services and products offered by CleanNest. We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on most services, subject to the terms outlined below.
To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The request must include your order number, reason for the refund, and any relevant supporting documentation. Services must not have been fully consumed or completed.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. You may cancel ongoing services at any time by contacting us at hello@cleannest.ca. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Prorated refunds for unused portions of services may be provided at our discretion.
